Privacy Policy
"Euphoria Social" is an internal tool operated by Euphoria Lounge (Cafeteria Euphoria Lounge, tourism operating licence no. 1188), a gaming café in Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq. The café's own team uses it to publish content, read performance statistics and manage advertising for the café's own accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, through the official APIs of Meta and TikTok.
Who uses the app
Only Euphoria Lounge staff. The app has no public users and offers no sign-up, login or service to the public. The only account that signs in to it is the café's own.
What data the app accesses
- Content, statistics and settings of the Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts owned by Euphoria Lounge, for example video views, likes, comments, shares and follower counts.
- Comments and messages sent to those accounts by the public, so the café can reply.
- Advertising data of the café's own ad accounts.
The app does not collect data from anyone's personal Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account other than the café's own. Where a platform shows public information about people who interact with the café (such as a username on a comment), it is used only to reply to them. This page does not use cookies and does not track its visitors.
How data is used and stored
Data is used only to run the café's social media and advertising. Statistics are stored on the café's own computer for analysis. Access tokens issued by Meta and TikTok are stored only on that computer and are never shared. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with third parties. Messages and comments are handled the same way the café would handle them in the Instagram, Facebook or TikTok app.
Retention and deletion
Statistics are kept as long as they are useful for the café's planning. If you have interacted with Euphoria Lounge's accounts and want your data removed from the café's records, contact us and we will delete it within 30 days. The café can disconnect the app from its accounts at any time in the platforms' own settings, which revokes its access.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
