These terms cover "Euphoria Social", an internal tool operated by Euphoria Lounge (Cafeteria Euphoria Lounge, tourism operating licence no. 1188), Empire Diamond B66, Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
What the tool is
A private tool the café's own staff use to publish the café's own content and to read statistics for the café's own accounts on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and no one other than Euphoria Lounge can use it.
Use of the platforms
The tool uses only the official APIs of Meta and TikTok and follows their terms, policies and community guidelines. Content published through it is the café's own and complies with those rules. Euphoria Lounge is responsible for everything the tool publishes.
No warranty
The tool is provided for the café's internal use, as is, without warranty of any kind.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with its date.
